What: The High Court in Nairobi (Constitutional and Human Rights Division) will on Tuesday, 3 May, 2016 hear Petition No. 606 of 2014. This is after the court gave a ruling that allowed the enjoinment of Prof Alicia Ely Yamin and the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) as friends of the court.
Why: The court had on 8 February, 2016 directed the respondents to file their responses to the amended petition, and the petitioners their rejoinder and written submissions within a period of 45 days.
When: Tuesday, 3 May, 2016 at 10.00am
Where: High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, Court No. 1 on 3rd Floor, Milimani Law Courts.
