What: The Constitutional and Human Rights Division of the High Court at Milimani Law Court in Nairobi will hear one of the cases challenging the forced and coerced tubal ligation of women living with HIV. Justice E.C Mwita will hear the case by way of oral hearing. Four witnesses will testify.
When: 27 and 30 April 2018
Where: High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, Court No. 1 on 3rd Floor, Milimani Law Courts.
