The forum will bring together clinical officers and nurses, from the region with a view of achieving the following objects:
- To provide comprehensive feedback to reproductive health providers on the ongoing legal cases in court from the region;
- To create an understanding on the importance of legal compliance with documentation requirements in clinic set-ups.
This dialogue is the first in a series of meetings that KELIN will participate in this year in Mombasa, Nairobi, Kisumu and Nakuru Counties with other reproductive health providers. At the end of the dialogues it is expected that the participants will have increased knowledge, skills and competence in matters of the law and compliance with the regulatory frameworks needed to efficiently run clinics.
