Description
This is a petition against Mr. John Chebochok, Tegat Tea Factory Limited, Kenya Tea Development Agency & Others, challenging the constitutionality of the clearance and appointment of Mr. Chebochok as the director of Tegat/Toror Tea Factory, Ainamoi Zone. The Petitioners are challenging his appointment, as it violates the national values and principles of governance provided under Article 10, as well as the integrity and moral suitability requirements for public officials outlined in Article 73 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
